Carminat purple pole bean

A variety with beautiful, slender, purple pods, this is the best purple pole bean I have grown. Harvest the pods at 8-9" and the vines will continue to produce through the season. They have a rich, slightly sweet flavor and are suitable for fresh use in salads or cooked. The beans turn green when cooked, letting you know they are done. The tall vines develop a purplish cast as well and make a lovely accent in the garden. ~ 60 seeds per packet.
