Alaric (Tarbais)

Traditionally grown in the village of Tarbais at the footh of the Pyrenees, this large, flattened, white bean is produced on vigorous 6-7 foot vines. Creamy texture and a thin skin make this a wonderful soup bean.
Quite rare. 100 days to dry beans. 50 seeds per packet. Not available for international sales.
