Abiquiu Chile

Abiquiu is known, of course for the painter Georgia O'Keefe, but it also grows some fine chile and tis particular strain is from one of the oldest farms in the area. Like much traditional chile, it is smaller, 4-5 inches in length, but fleshy and flavorful.
