Espelette pepper

Espelette peppers are from the Basque region of Southern France near the Spanish border. They are only milldly spicy and quite sweet. The strain I got from my friend, Loretta, has almost no discernable heat. With their thicker walls, they are the perfect frying pepper, but they can also be dried and ground to make paprika. Easily grown here in Northen New Mexico. 50 seeds.
