Aji Mirasol Colorado

This upward facing (mirasol) crimson red, thick-walled pepper was one of the biggest surprises in the 2024.garden. It is perfect as a salad or roasting pepper, juicy with just a touch of spice.
Stout plants bear half a dozen of these 5 inch marvels. Easy to grow.. 80 days or so to ripe peppers.
