Ajvarsky pepper

Ajvarsky is the well-known Macedonian roasting pepper. These large, sweet peppers are traditionally roasted and ground into a delicious relish known as ajvar. Husky plants are loaded with the thick-walled, brilliant red peppers. I used them in fresh in salads all through the summer, then dried them to make sweet ppper flakes. Highly productive and easy to grow. 50 seeds.
