Flashentomat

This unusual tomato is dark pink, peanut-shaped and very dense and chewy. It has surprisingly good flavor and will last indefinitely on the kitchen counter. I used a ton of them for salsa and in salads. Sterling production - I was able to pick 5 pounds of these little beauties from two plants for a customer one week this summer. The 7 foot vines were literally covered with bunches of ripe fruit. Pick carefully to avoid dislodging green tomatoes. 30+ seeds in a packet (seed is hard to get from these)
