Black Dragon is a roma type, but deep mahogany in color. A very versatile tomato, it can be used in fresh in salads, cooked down into a rich sauce, or dried. The flavor is robust and faintly salty like the best black tomatoes. The production is remarkable. About 70 days to maturity.
