Birdsong Mountaingem dry bean

Birdsong Mountaingem is named after the native hummingbird we see here in Northern New Mexico. These beans come in a remarkable range of rich colors with both dark and light speckles and bands. This is a vigorous pole bean often grown as a cornfield bean. I generally use 5 foot cattle panel. However, the vines will outgrow even that. You will harvest huge numbers of the tan pods starting in about 100 days and continuing for some time. 60 seeds per packet.
