J&L Gardens lies in the fertile Espanola Valley between Santa Fe and Taos, New Mexico. Our farm began supplying fresh produce to local markets and restaurants a number of years ago and we still travel to market each week during the growing season. Along the way, our search for the very best heirloom and open-pollinated varieties led us to maintain a seed bank of over 500 tomato varieties and hundreds of varieties of other vegetables including corns, beans, and melons native to the Southwest. We also develop new varieties for market and release some each year. Customers are introduced to growing rare new and old crops through our seed catalogs and the business ships around the world.
