Gorgeous color and great flavor is the winning combination here. The plants are vigorous growers, but a bit later and not as wildly productive as Red Noodle beans. They will continue to bear, though, even when nights become cool. The best way to prepare them is to stir fry or saute which brings out the  nutty sweet flavor.
